Shipping policy

DELIVERY

MiniMe offers a same day shipping on business days when the order is placed before 12 pm AWST (Australian Western Standard Time). All orders are shipped within 24 hours from order on business days.

MiniMe offers eight shipping options.

Standard Australia
1) $7.90 flat rate standard postage Australia wide in Australia Post plastic satchel with tracking number.
2) $7.90 flat rate standard postage Australia wide in recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging with tracking number.
3) $7.90 flat rate standard postage Australia wide in 100% compostable, zero-waste Hero packaging with tracking number. In case Hero packaging is not available, the items will be sent in recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging.

Express Australia
4) $9.90 flat rate express postage Australia wide in Australia Post plastic satchel with tracking number.
5) $9.90 flat rate express postage Australia wide in recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging with tracking number.
6) $9.90 flat rate express postage Australia wide in 100% compostable, zero-waste Hero packaging with tracking number. In case Hero packaging is not available, the items will be sent in recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging.

Standard New Zealand
7) $19.90 flat rate postage to New Zealand in Australia Post plastic satchel with tracking number.
8) $19.90 flat rate postage to New Zealand in recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging with tracking number.

Postage fees are included on the initial order page and will be displayed and added to your order before you make payment and confirm your order.

Items will be delivered by Australia Post's carbon neutral service to the address provided by you on your order form.

DELAYED DELIVERIES
If delivery of your item is delayed, you can email us at info@minimepreloved.com.au and we will contact Australia Post to help locate it.

PICK UP
Contactless porch pick up is available from our premises in Palmyra, 6157 Western Australia. Just contact us to arrange a pick up time prior by emailing us at info@minimepreloved.com.au.

Order confirmation
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation setting out details of your items. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't hear from us right after placing the order.

Tracking number
When shipping is selected, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't hear from us by the end of the next business day from placing the order. If you leave your mobile phone number, Australia Post will send you your tracking details directly by SMS.

PACKAGING MATERIAL
Our environmentally friendly packaging options include recycled/reused plastic or cardboard packaging and 100% compostable, zero-waste Hero packaging. The MiniMe Preloved stickers have been printed to 100% recycled paper by Sustainable Printing Co.
